Impressive customer service

I ordered a vinyl stencil for some calligraphy project and when it came it did not seem to perform as I expected. I went back and Ricky immediately understood, and acknowledged, that the problem came from them. He immediately made a new stencil, went to the trouble of preparing it for my project more than he needed to, and gave me some tips in the process. This all took 40 mins of his time while I waited. I was impressed by how professional and personable he was. Thrilled to have the problem solved so quickly. certainly a company to trust doing business with.
