We recently ordered new signs from Custom Acrylics due to purchasing a new business and wanted new external and internal signs with our logo attached, the communication with Mike was outstanding, the signs are out of this world and we could not be happier and would recommend Custom Acrylics to anyone looking to purchase. We were also concerned about delivery time but they were here within a few days as promised.

Stay away from this guys ‼️
Buy some letters from them after 3 months begin to fall , glue not holding them . Call them back for refund or replace very hard to deal with them they been very irritated about this issue . Not recommended at all just loose youre money and so stressful and unprofessional staff . Stay away from this guys

firstly we would like to address this matter which you placed the order Over 8 months ago. not 3 months as you stated. we did inform you at the time of making the order. we recommended metallic silver and not mirror which you wanted. as it does tarnish outdoors being mirror, as it states on the website.
you contacted us on 20/6/24 8 months after, being very aggressive stating they had fallen off. which we informed you of the above. and you asked for a replacement just the letters no fixing and you would install it yourself, which we agreed to do. and was sent out to you.
we have been extremely fair and professional in this order. we went above and beyond to assist with your problem.
but you leave a harmful review. !!!

The attention to detail was amazing… from first contact with videos of my products on the machine getting made to messages double checking was happy and the really quick delivery. I will definitely be a returning customer!

I am so pleased with my gold mirror…
I am so pleased with my gold mirror acrylic lettering. It’s great quality and at a good price. The delivery time and the communicated was excellent - they even sent me a short video of the sign once made. Highly recommended and I will definitely use Custom Acrylics in the future.

Sign didn’t last 6 months!
Such a shame to be writing a negative review as this company started off so well. The sign was made exactly how we had imagined it to be and they also sent me a whatsapp of photos of the sign being made. Once we finished renovating our salon and had the sign fitted 11th December it looked gorgeous. However since then the sign had only been up under 6 months and all of the letters are severely weathered and now falling down. The already pre made backs have come unattached to the letters leaving the fixture in place on the sign and the letter on the floor. This is really disheartening as a new shop we now look unappealing with a sign that has letters missing and gold coming off the rest of them and not only that but we now have to find a sign elsewhere and spend more money on a new one when we have barely had a use out of this one. I have tried contacting the company on the 27th May to ask for their advice as a sign specifically made for the front of a shop should surely last longer than 6 months. However I have had no reply since, they read and ignored me so unfortunately it’s a bad review from me.
