I've own this chair for 4 years and its been great. It still works like brand new and definitely has helped me a lot keeping my back straight.

I just wanna say thank you to Daisy & Remi from the support team. I bought C300 2 years ago and after some while the mechanism to adjust chair height stopped working. Support was quick with responses, helpful and they sent me a new mechanism to exchange for the old one. Chair works again now like a new one.

I experienced an issue with the backrest of my chair after some time of use. Although the replacement process took longer than expected due to inventory and shipping delays, the customer service team stayed in contact and ultimately provided a very satisfactory solution.

Instead of continuing to ask me to wait for spare parts, they proactively arranged a full chair replacement, which I truly appreciate. I have now received the new chair, and everything arrived in good condition.

I want to especially thank the support team for their patience, clear communication, and willingness to take responsibility. Issues can happen with any product, but what really matters is how a company handles them — and in this case, Sihoo handled it professionally.

Overall, I am satisfied with both the product and the customer support experience, and I’m happy to leave a 5-star review.

The C300 is an excellent, very comfortable chair for long hours of sitting, and the customer service has been extremely responsive.

The C-300 is the chair that I finished my master’s program in data analytics in so it holds a lot of sentimental meaning for me. It’s a very comfortable chair and I work for hours on end on it- more than 12 hours a day. It’s the most comfortable chair I’ve had in my life. And when I did have a problem with the lumbar support getting knocked loose, SIHOO customer service resolved it promptly by giving me a new chair since they weren’t going to have the part for a while! This was very nice of them to do. I highly recommend the Sihoo C-300. It’s comfortable and provides great back and neck support allowing me to work towards my goals in comfort. Thank you, Sihoo!

I’ve just bought the SIHOO Doro C300 and I’m beyond impressed! It’s incredibly comfortable even after hours of sitting — the breathable mesh keeps me cool and the dynamic lumbar support actually adapts as I move around, so my back feels supported all day. The headrest and 4D armrests are great for finding the perfect position, and the overall build feels solid and durable. Assembly was easy and quick. A brilliant ergonomic chair for work or home office — totally worth the purchase

C300 is an excellent chair with very reliable build quality. Although it’s made in China, the quality is impressive, and both pre-sales and after-sales support are fast and responsive.

I personally recommend the C300 Pro—it’s absolutely worth it and offers better value than other chairs in the same price range. The armrests, back support, and mesh material are all clearly superior.

Overall, buy with confidence.

I bought the Sihoo C300 and I’m very happy with it. The chair is comfortable, supportive, and keeps my back from getting tired after long hours at the computer. The mesh is breathable, the recline is smooth, and the adjustable armrests and headrest make it easy to find a good sitting position. For the price, it feels like a great deal. I would definitely recommend it.

Do not order directly from this company. Placed order 12/16 and everything showing processing, money withdrawn...blah blah blah. Today 1/14 still zero movement on the provided tracking for this chair. Reached out to customer service 1 week ago. Was assured that they would contact shipping and correct the problem...............still no movement.

I purchased the chair. It took three weeks to arrive and when it did, I assembled it and immediately found that it felt weird. Almost like I was leaning forward in the chair. It's also extremely uncomfortable during long sitting periods. The customer service team were horrendous. Never answered my email and claimed they wouldn't be able to help me.

I would avoid this company.

I had a great experience with Sihoo’s customer service. They honored the warranty on my chair without any issues, and they went above and beyond to help me get everything fixed. Highly recommend!

I am extremely impressed with the quality of the chair and with the customer service. I ordered the M18 classic office chair on Saturday and queried the delivery yesterday due to it saying I'd receive it by Thursday but not yet dispatched. I got a response quickly and received the chair today (Tuesday). Easy to put together with the instructions. Unbelievably comfy, almost too comfy!!! My back feels so well supported. Very happy customer, thank you!

ordered the Sihoo M57 chair. The chair is very good quality and easy to assemble. I would like to give special attention to the customer support. Unfortunately, the package did not arrive on the scheduled date due to issues with the delivery service in my country. However, the support team stayed in touch with me every day and did everything possible to ensure that I received my package as soon as possible!

I purchased a chair and absolutely love it. It was very easy to assemble and is extremely comfortable. I did have a minor issue with the cushion, so l emailed the company and they responded right away. The cushion was unfortunately backordered, and instead of making me wait, they decided to send me an entirely new chair. I thought that was amazing. Outstanding customer service! I will definitely be purchasing another chair from Them.

I needed a new office chair and looked at the Herman Miller collection. Frankly, I ended up with the C300 and could not be happier! This chair has more adjustments, more bells and whistles and frankly, does so much more than the pics describe. Worth. Every. Penny! I'll be back!

I’ve owned a Sihoo office chair for 2 years. I love the design and functionality and look of the chair. It compares to hi tech office chairs that cost hundreds more. I have also found Sihoo’s customer service to be excellent. They respond quickly and with great care. I highly recommend buying from them.

The Sihoo Doro-C300 office chair has been an excellent addition to my home office setup. Before this chair, I had a cheap desk chair for years with not much Ergonomic support at all. This chair has made been such a relief on my body after using it for hours on end almost every day for 2 years. I had a small mishap with a piece being broken & the customer support was excellent, offering to send a brand new chair in replacement as it was still within the 3 year warranty. I will continue to purchase Sihoo chairs & recommend them to friends & family as well.

I bought a Sihoo C300 ergonomic chair in May 2024. After about a year of normal use, the mesh on the seat started to tear at the edge. I contacted Sihoo support and they replied very quickly. There was no discussion or hassle and they immediately arranged a replacement seat.

While checking the chair more closely, I noticed more serious damage. The backrest and armrest connection had failed and part of the steel frame was actually cracked, which made the chair unsafe to use. I sent them photos and explained the situation.

Again, Sihoo handled this very well. They took the issue seriously, escalated it internally and decided to send me a completely new C300 chair instead of making me wait for spare parts. Communication was clear, friendly and fast throughout the whole process.

For a brand that is not very well known yet, I was honestly impressed by the way their customer service handled this case. Problems can happen with any product, but the support experience really matters and in my case, Sihoo did a great job.

Based on this experience, I am happy to give them 5 stars for customer service.
