Quality and Customer Support
When it's time to replace your office chair, we get lost in the dozens of offers on the web. I learned about Sihoo from a friend and chose the C300 for myself. It's not a cheap chair, but it's worth every penny. The chair is super comfortable and I haven't had any more back pain.
After a year, the chair stopped rolling properly on the floor. I contacted Sihoo, sent them a video of the problem, and they promptly offered to send replacement parts for the chair since it was under warranty. Magnificent customer service. 5 stars for me.

So I got this chair for one of boyfriend’s anniversary gifts and he loved it! So did I but ofc it’s for him. We did have a little problem with the chair, but we got that covered with the company and they’re sending out another now! I just bought the C300 few days ago and I would like to say that it is really comfortable, as well as the possibility of customizing its position
M59AS - M57
Negative points:
The delivery service didn’t tell me when they were coming, so I had to stay home all day.
The chair is supposed to support 150 kg according to the website, but let’s be honest: it’s absolutely not suitable for overweight or obese people. I’m nowhere near 150 kg and even for me, it wasn’t comfortable or appropriate. It’s very narrow and you feel completely trapped.
They mention adding a cushion, but honestly, it hurts your butt!
They claim the chair is ergonomic, but I would say absolutely not — it’s even dangerous for your back. This specific model (M59AS) has extremely hard, overly protruding lumbar support that you cannot adjust. As a result, you literally cannot rest your back against the chair without being in pain.
I wish I could have lowered the seat height a bit more; the chair is quite high by default.
It’s really heavy.
It was more expensive than the M57 my brother owns. I assumed it was a newer or higher-end model, but it’s actually the opposite — the M57 is far better.
Fake promotions all year long, which aren’t real discounts.
Positive points:
The chair is very easy to assemble, which was a nice surprise (about 5–10 minutes while watching an online video).
You can return it easily within 30 days of purchase.
Overall, the materials seem good quality — time will tell.
In the end, if you want an ergonomic chair, go for the M57 — it’s a reliable choice, unlike the M59AS.

I’ve been really impressed with Sihoo’s customer service. They are quick, friendly, and very responsive. When my C300 chair arrived damaged, they immediately offered me a refund. The issue was resolved; the chair itself is high-quality and very comfortable. Overall, great value for the price.

I ordered the Sihoo Doro C300. It is a great chair, the build quality and features are superior. The only thing is that they said 3 days shipping but it took 6 days, but that is probably because of Sweden's shiping survice.

I Made A Great Choice with Sihoo Dora 300
I wanted to share my experience with the Sihoo Doro C300 Pro chair. As a retired individual who spends approximately 4 to 6 hours sitting each day, I realized the need for a standing desk and an improved chair. This led me on a lengthy journey of research and contemplation.
Over the course of more than three months, I pondered my options, read countless reviews, asked questions, and even prayed for guidance. Ultimately, I decided on the Sihoo C300 Pro chair for several reasons: the positive reviews, the convenience of a warehouse located in my home state, and their accommodating return policy. The fact that Sihoo would provide a return label and pick up the chair if needed was a significant advantage for me.
Assembly - My husband and I assembled the chair in about 45 minutes. The process might have been quicker, but each time I did something right, my husband paused to give me a hug for my hard work! Lol Making the experience more enjoyable, if a bit slower! Although the assembly instructions included with the chair were not very helpful for us, especially since I am a visual learner, the instructional video proved to be perfect. A word of caution: if your chair comes with a footrest, be sure to attach the footrest before the headrest, as the video that we watched did not include instructions for installing the footrest.
Features - In terms of comfort, the chair is excellent. It is easily adjustable, solidly built, and visually appealing. The chair operates quietly, moves smoothly, and glides effortlessly across the rug under my desk. I particularly appreciate the ability to recline and lock the chair into my preferred position. As someone with long legs, the footrest serves more as a calf rest, still comfortable. The mesh fabric is another highlight—not only does it look great, but it also adds a modern touch to the chair. The backrest provides significant relief for my arthritic back, and I am a fan of the shiny base, as I am a "bling-bling" girl!
Improvements - One aspect I do not like is the armrest design. The armrests do not lock into place, which has been a common issue mentioned in various media posts. I believe Sihoo should redesign the armrests to make them lockable. Additionally, even at the lowest setting, the armrests are a bit too high for my comfort. Fortunately, the seat is wide enough for me to rest my arms comfortably at my sides, and the armrests can swing outward to provide extra space.
Final thoughts - The chair offers many adjustment options, and it may take a few days to find the perfect settings. However, adjustments may be necessary if someone else uses the chair and changes the settings, as my husband sometimes does - bless his heart! lol To everyone who took the time to read my lengthy post, I wish you calm and peace.

I purchased a Sihoo Doro C300 chair two years ago. Unfortunately, one part of the backrest broke. It was made of low-quality material. I immediately contacted customer support, and they offered to glue the part myself and promised to send a new backrest. Due to logistical issues, the backrest was delayed, and they kindly offered me 15 euros in compensation, which I immediately accepted. A month later, I contacted customer support again, and they explained that the entire batch of spare parts was delayed, so they promised to send a new chair. A week later, I received the latest chair, and I can confidently say that the company continually improves its products. The new chair was from a new revision and no longer contained the weak parts in the backrest. The fabric materials have been slightly modified, and the seat is slightly more comfortable. Keep up the good work, Sihoo.
Great experience with customer support
the chair is good value for the price, I have paid € 289 for the Doro-C300 in November 2023.
- Chair: it is very comfortable, not like the most expensive competitors, but very close and with half the half of the price. After 22 months of usage an important piece broke.
- Customer support: the object has 5 years of warranty, they resolved me the problem as quickly as possible.
