Slechte bewindvoerder

Ik heb altijd met heel veel plezier onder Sijtsmabewind gezeten, tot 3 jaar geleden toen Ron Sijtsma met pensioen ging en iemand anders Sijtsmabewind over nam. Ik krijg geen inzage in mijn saldo van de beheerrekening, elke paar maanden een nieuw contactpersoon, ik mag maar 1x per week bellen, en als ik op een andere dag bel snauwen ze mij af, email beantwoorden ze 8 van de 10x niet. Ze zijn elke vakantie dicht en met spoed mag je mailen, dat heb ik afgelopen woensdag gedaan omdat er bij mij identiteitsfraude is gepleegd, ze reageren helemaal niet op de mail. Ik ben ontzettend blij dat ik per 1 september naar een andere bewindvoerder ga.
