On 4/9/2024 i park my car at Frederikberg center and I went to the parking booth to pay unfortunately after 1 week I received a fine in my post box stating that I didn’t pay and camera shot of my car. I contact them and wrote an email explaining to them that I was invited there for my birthday at Starbucks cafe and my friend and me was together when I make this payment, my friend was concern in case I make mistake of the payment so she came along with me. They will very polite and nice and told me that if I did try to pay they will check the camera system and if I did they will make a review on my case. Late afternoon today 17/09/2024 I received an email that they have check the camera and have concluded that they was an error and I just have to pay the amount 27 kr instead of a fine.
They will very helpful and respond fast. Thank you.

This is a company that steals money. I have never received reminders of the invoice and yet still put it in 300 dkk in the fee. The parking is FRIIS in Aalborg.

THIS COMPANY IS A TOTAL SCAM!

Like many others, we parked at the Opera House in Copenhagen.

We ended our parking on one of the parking machines (like we often do) - and the payment would go through EasyPark.

HOWEVER - a week later we get a fine in the mail anyways! 550kr..

This is because THEIR system failed to handle the parking through EasyPark (it has worked many times in the past). There is nothing we can do but pay the fine, as they also threaten with more costs if we don't pay right away.

A HORRIBLE SCAM COMPANY! THIS SHOULD BE ILLEGAL!

In Copenhagen , this is ridiculous company who are running a parking area without any clear sign boards or instructions . An outsider who is going to this parking ends up in paying high price . Loot company . You need to put up details and dont encourage others to do spend less time in mall or do cheating. Less than 1 star.

I paid and registered my parking in Lyngby, I received a fee of 256 DKK for not registering it and even I paid this they charged me a full 325 DKK for missing payment, someone should do sth about their system, I will sue them for sure
