I placed an order for 2 t-shirts on the 18th August and am still waiting for a refund on one of the t-shirts.
I had a lot of trouble trying to return it as the system wouldn't recognise my order number. and I had to wait 72 hours for a response from the customer services chat every time I tried to contact them Finally they got it to work and I posted one t-shirt back on the 11th September. I then received a confirmation email from them on the 21st saying the t-shirt had been received and to wait 10 working days for my refund. I'm still waiting! It has now been 20 working days (4 weeks). I have tried to contact customer services numerous times and just keep getting the standard message 'Someone will get back to you within 48-72 hours'. But no-one gets back to me.
Sik Silk this is terrible customer services!! I won't be buying from here again...

Scandalous communication. I've waited for weeks to get back my refund. Finally after loads of messages and mails, I actually had to stalk the company, I recieved back my money. Disgrace. Never ordering here again.

I ordered 8 different clothes and just arrived 5. Still missing 3 and was expensive. Order never arrives, money is taken, tracking isn’t recognised, no response to emails or social media messges, just feel entirely ripped off and won’t be using this site again. Son doesnt have expected clothes for holiday…scammers!
Very bad service lately
Since a few months, the service of SikSilk have become worse and worse. No reactions on e-mails, no contact details on websites, you have to wait a few months for your refund, the returns portal doesn't recognise your order number... It's a shame because the clothes are nice, affordable and the service used to be good in the past. Something has to be wrong..

I don't even want to give 1 star, I send my parcel back for a refund on 4th June and I'm still waiting for a refund, I've opened countless tickets, tried the massaging service where I just get told issue with my ticket and they are sorting it, that just seems to be how they try and keep you happy for a bit. The 2 phone numbers don't work, I've emailed the email they give in the comments here, no reply. Sik silk I've been using you for years to buy my husbands cloths, I won't be any more, please sort my refund!!!

Also they didn’t use my door bell or send me a text that they were coming, I’ve had no emails to say a time they’d be coming. I’ve now waited in all day again and nothing has turned up. Awful, if you don’t like clothes then you have to cover costs to return to the Netherlands which costs a fortune. Then they don’t refund you anyway and ignore all you emails asking why you haven’t been refunded. DONT EVER USE.

I don’t recommend it to anyone. Bad customer experience service. They don’t make their job as they should. I ordered my package on 15th May and they forgot to send it,I guess. I keep mailing them and after several mails I was able to speak to someone (before I kept becoming automatic mails). In the end they found an excuse that my delivery location was not precise (which wasn’t)and they told me that they will send me the package express and the tracking number which they didn’t. After sending them several emails that I didn’t received the tracking number,I received it the next day ,which means that I still have to wait cause right now the delivery status hasn’t changed. As I see it wasn’t even picked up by the delivery Firma. As I said in the title I don’t recommend to anyone. If I wouldn’t have mail maybe I would have wait like a month or something without getting my package.They say that you will receive you package in 2-3 days and it isn’t so. As you can see there are a lot of bad reviews. The quality isn’t also as expected for the previous orders .Last year I received a defect item which I had to send it back . The total was 30 euro and I had to pay 9 euro for send it it back. Imagine how stupid that idea is.

Great quality, sizes an insult
when my items arrived, they were found to be nowhere close to actual size, I know my waist as everything else I have fits correctly, these were not even close.
Then to return via the link to print turned out to be another insult. £15 to return as the print form via the link would only allow me to return to the Netherlands from the UK.
