I do recommend them,great store and great support team!

I bought dark souls 3 and have 2 keys, 1 redeemed on steam but does anyone know what the other key is for? Says invalid product code.

I had trouble getting PayPal to work during checkout. After I emailed Sila, the support team responded quickly. They helped me narrow down the problem which was an issue with my bank holding the transaction as pending even though Paypal showed it as completed and I was going to miss out on a fantastic sale price on X-COM:Enemy Unknown because of my bank. Sila Games worked with me and loaded funds for the sale price of the game to my store wallet so I could get the game right now before the sale ended! They saved me $50! That's what I call service. Highly recommended.

Once purchased your game is saved to your profile and then you can generate the key in your own time, or immediately ^_^

That's pretty much it. I created (and verified) an account in a few minutes and was able to purchase a game from their store. It was fast, and simple. Check it out when you get the time to do so.

Bought Dark Souls III on this site because it was on sale.

After buying the game I had some confusion about the keys I received.
I got it working eventually but I had already sent an e-mail to their support team.
Got a friendly answer back in 3 hours, even though it was late at night.

Would recommend.

Wanted Fallout 3, and saw somewhere that Sila had a better deal than steam. I was apprehensive about using a site I'd never heard of, but the key worked and they haven't stolen my identity yet. I am a fan of the coupon system and I think Sila's lists are better than Steam's user tags. Probably will continue checking back for deals.

I recently bought a game with all DLC included. I had been waiting quite a while for it to go on sale and Sila not only had it at a great price but it had the the complete collection at a price too good to pass up. I had a little difficulty with PayPal on my end but Sila was willing to work with me. Would recommend.

Even though I can see my games when I click-through on the confirmation email - I cannot claim the codes. I have to log in again - and the log in process does not confirm or reveal whether you are logged in, incorrect user name incorrect password - it just does more or less nothing. As I have 3 accounts administered from the same PC for 3 gamers on 3 pcs in the same house, it seems their account admin is somehow based on cookies or some other process that is, frankly, sh1t.

It was great to buy there! They don't have all the PC Games that you may expect, but most of what the have are AA or AAA titles, and with great discount at most (when Steam store is in sale, Sila usually has more discount).

What a relief! I found Sila Games. I always buy on steam or an offline store but never purchased a game anywhere else.

I was a bit skeptical at first but after reading reviews in trust pilot i thought i ll give a try. The prices are very low compared to other mediums.

The best thing is that i got the game instantaneously!!!

I don´t know if there is anything else you can ask for, awesome prices, super easy payment getaway, exp points on site to participate for rewards, and the steam key activation was as simple as possible, also if you get a guilt purchase they have some refunds policies that are very good as well.
