Same thing. I bought a Metallica pen and they keep saying they have sent it and nothing. That email from support area does not respond anymore. It bounces. They are clearly scammers.

Misleading Products and Poor Service – Avoid This Seller
I ordered a set of four Elvis-themed LEGO-style figurines, but instead received four completely unrelated Day of the Dead figures. When I contacted the seller, they were unhelpful and made no effort to correct the mistake, indicating that they had sent the right items, despite the evidence to the contrary. I had to escalate the issue through PayPal, who thankfully resolved the case in my favor today and issued a full refund.
This company either misrepresents its products or has extremely poor quality control. Either way, it was a frustrating experience and a waste of time. I would not recommend buying from them.
