Cannot deliver with two opportunities. Out of pocket for the experience.
I put in a fairly large order (£128) ordered from the European site to the UK. The first package got to the UK and then for some reason got returned to sender. Silca said that the box was damaged and had to be returned. Fine, I thought it was just unfortunate. The second shipment then got returned before it even made it out of Germany. I asked for a refund which was given but because of differences in the exchange rate, I received £6.36 less than I paid. So now not only do I not have any of the items I ordered, I paid for the 'privilege' of SILCA being incompetent.
