Unresponsive support, bad first-time setup
Unresponsive support. Opaque and contradictory messages in the Silencer Shop portal due to email mismatch with ATF Forms portal. Useless Android app. Resolving issue ultimately required my transferring FFL to become heavily involved with Silencer Shop dealer-side support to resolve. Would try again in the future but initial setup and first purchase UX was terrible. Would have been much easier to submit the ATF paperwork myself.
