Had ordered a suppressor that was on back order. Decided to change my order to an in stock option. Everything went smooth with changing my order and having the kiosk makes things so much easier. If I would have had to go somewhere else they wanted $35 to do fingerprints and I had to wait a week for an appointment. Just got my notification yesterday that my paperwork is at atf. Exactly two weeks since order was placed. Im so happy with how easy everything was!

Poor communication on tracking
Poor communication on tracking, I only saw forms nothing stating when it was actually shipped, no tracking number , no clue when to expect when my FFL dealer would receive it.
