First time on Silencer Shop and first time purchase on suppressor’s . Silencer shop kept in touch as the process took place. Every question I had was answered quickly and professionally. I used a kiosk at my FFL shop for the paperwork, finger prints and photo . Between my FFL/NFA person and Silence Shop the process was fast and painless as it could possible be. I live in Virginia . The two hundred dollars for the stamp is gone , the paper work is not! Silencer shop handled the transaction directly with my FFL/NFA folks.Plus I did NOT buy the suppressor from them. While I appreciate the INTENTION of…
While I appreciate the INTENTION of SilencerShop, there is too loose an interconnect between you and ATF and other agents in the process. One is asked for User Names and Passwords, which the system itself created and which NO user (human buyer) would know. Every Buyer eventually and inevitably ends up asking the LGS to walk them through the process, taking the LGS employee away from other customers, as well as causing frustration for the buyer AND a great additional time sink. So, not there yet. You need “uninformed” users to evaluate your system; programmers and project directors are far too familiar with their own work to maintain the ability to effectively assess how well their own product works.
