Would’ve given you folks 5 stars but my 2 emails were not answered. I was confused on the procedure. My status said in process or ready to ship. Just asked when it would ship but got no reply. Didn’t realize the ATF needed to approve my form 4 first. But…how was I to know? I never got a reply. Your site should have said waiting ATF form 4 approval, not”processing/or ready to ship”.

Simple, and prompted in right direction, FAST TOO!
Decided to purchase the OTB Nomad TI, logged in to Silencer Shop, was prompted on things to update and then smoothly moved fwd.
All steps completed on same day, which was 10/2/26 Friday after lunch. Only thing waiting on is signature at ATF, should process on Monday.

I was the first customer at at a retailer who just started selling them silencers. There were a few issues on the retailers side and I couldn’t set up my trust on the kiosk. We called Silencer Shops customer service and spoke with Adam. He was amazing, he walked the store through what they needed and pulled up my account and walked me through getting to the right spot for the trust . He was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. He took a frustrating experience and smother it out and helped everyone.
