Poor shopping experience

Long waiting,shipping delays from china , poor quality order was for XL received small or medium size way too smaller for XLstill having trouble getting instructions for refund . This was ordered in August and delivered in November and now trying to get resolved for refund 66$for 3 shirts.

I ordered the wrong size

I ordered the wrong size. Molly was so helpful on fixing my order without any additional cost. I love the shirts, but they run a bit on the small side so I recommend ordering up a size.

I love all the tops I ordered from…

Return Policy

They allowed me to return the pants I bought for free and I didn't have to actually ship the pants back because of the high shipping cost. I bought the wrong size and there was no hassle in the return at all.

Slow and Confusing.

It took almost a month to receive my order. The two tracking orders brought no response at all. Finally,I wrote a HELP note from their site. No response. It finally arrived today, sent from China. I kind of got the impression that the company was in the UK. Also, one style had no tag and no info on what the garment was made from. Two did. I went on line and did not see any kind of material mention on any.
