Excellent service and delivery within 24 hours
I ordered a replacement Dell power adapter for a work laptop that was no longer available from Dell. The order process was smooth and straightforward, the price was competitive and the parcel arrived, well packages with free shipping within 24 hours. Excellent Service
Ordered a laptop battery When it arrived it was not the correct one for my laptop. I did research on the manufacturers website, but it appears the info was not accurate for my laptop as there is more than one possibility for it!
However, The team at Silicon Connect were most helpful and arrange return code. I had the refund confirmed next working day. I would use this company again as their service was excellent and they were very knowledgeable. Thank you.
