First time I've used this company, would definitely use them again.
They have a brilliant selection of various building materials on their easy to use website.
I ordered Ronseal 10 year wood stain, (which was available at a much better price than any of their competitors), paint brushes and brown silicon for round my windows.
All items were delivered very quickly and had good dates.

Delivery was on time, but the wood filler I ordered wasn't fresh, and large amount of the cartridges were too dry inside.
I have used this filler material many times in the past, never experienced it in such a bad state before, perhaps they were out of date?

I purchased buff colour but when it dried out it looked more white and buff. We power wash it of asap so be careful of the colour you buy. Otherwise it was easy to work with

Good customer service
But for all the wrong reasons.
Two cartridges of sealant, needed for an urgent job, both damaged.
The second one was a replacement for the damaged first one and the replacement was damaged too.
Seem incapable of packing things.
Beware the Sika aluminium cartridges, don't buy online and find a trade counter where you can see the product first.
Four stars for customer service, one star for the packing department.
Won't risk it again.

The service was pretty good, the delivery was fast and with no issues whatsoever. Great communication.
The only downside 2 out of 3 expanding foams had some issues- 1 worked perfectly but the other 2 were spraying like there was no "gas" or "air" and the foam was not sprayed out properly and we run out and had to buy it locally. It was well shaken not stirred - it was used by the professional person, doing this sort of the work daily.

I would highly recommend Silicone Direct. Great prices, much cheaper than Screwfix or Toolstation, with fast next day delivery. I would definitely use them again in future.
