courier made a mistake but was rectified straight away great company to deal with

I had a truly frustrating experience with AP Motorstore Ltd T/A Silicone Hose UK. I received a product in December 2024 that was not as described, and when I attempted to return it, I found myself facing an uphill battle. The lack of a telephone customer service is incredibly disappointing. Instead, they insist that customers can only communicate via email.
I have sent numerous emails regarding my return and have yet to receive a single response. This level of customer service is unacceptable. It feels as if they are completely indifferent to their customers' concerns. If you're considering making a purchase from this company, I strongly advise against it. Save yourself the hassle and look for a retailer that values customer support.

Worst customer support ever. I tried to return some items and notified them that I was missing something I paid for. After two weeks I had still no response.
There is no phone number to contact them, they do not respond to the online chat and they do not reply to the email account. Absolute disgrace of a company.

Ordered product with next day delivery.

Delivery did not arrive, no communication.

You are unable to contact them regarding sales other them by email.

I did get a refund on the next day delivery costs, but three days later I’m still waiting for the product.

Terrible service, don’t use

On the Vauxhall Antara forums people say their inter cooler hose splits so I looked for a replacement for mine before this happens… I found Silicone Hose UK who offered just what I wanted and in various colours, at a great price with the correct fitting clips it arrived in a few days. Very happy, I would buy this again but being silicone it will out last my car.

Ordered some hoses. This company decided it wanted more money and cancelled my order. Then put prices up

Hoses ordered with Silicon Hose UK but delivered to the wrong address. Contacted customer services. Automated response from a different company "Auto Silicone Hoses" but absolutely no help. Trawled the local area and found the delivery - the product is fine. A week later received a response with a maps screenshot showing the parcel location (where I had found it) but no words other than "please see attached". OK product but ZERO customer service and WHY the different company names? UNTRUSTWORTHY.

GOODS NEVER SENT. HORRENDOUS COMPANY TO DEAL WITH. Same company as Auto Silicone Hoses. Bought items on ebay, waited 2 weeks and the items still not been dispatched. Called them directly but they wont speak you on the phone about an order - they ask you to message or email. I had done two days earlier with no reply. A bloke called Andy was very stroppy and got angry with me for asking where my item was?
Their customer service is non existent.
Im awaiting my refund through ebay.
