I ordered two pair of compression leggings. Waited almost 3 weeks for delivery. They don’t fit even though they were the largest size available. I requested a return address and was offered a discount on another order. If they don’t fit why would I buy them again. They state that they would accept returns on their advertisements but that not the current story. They don’t state that their merchandise is being shipped from China full disclosure appreciated

The website is very clear & informative. The actual product delivers on its promise. After wearing them, my legs look smoother & feel great. The leggings look good on & are flattering too. Shipping was prompt with no issues.

I ordered 2 pair of the anti-cellulite leggings initially, they are so soft and comfortable. I ended up ordering 2 more pairs, plus 2 pairs with the pocket. I love how they feel. I cannot fully comment yet on if they improve my cellulite because we've been in an extended very hot part of summer so I haven't worn them every day. They are even comfortable to wear under jeans if needed, like for winter. I'm hopeful they will help with cellulite, but if nothing else, they are awesome leggings and nice colors.

Loving my Silix shorts and feel like they enhance my workouts. I was in between sizes and bought the larger size (according to other user reviews) but feel like I could have gone with the size down. I like some other compression- type shorts and leggings, these have enough give that they are not a struggle to put on and provide a medium level of compression - which for me is perfect for the gym or walking the dog, or even just wearing around the house. I bought a pair for my daughter in another color and she loves them too. The jury is still out on whether or not these deliver on the shaping, but I feel like they are at least doing something. Got my order quickly too. Will likely order the long leggings in the smaller size for fall/winter.

I have been wearing the Silixwear not every day and my legs are smoother. I will get more if them soon so I can wear them every day

Silix leggings actually DO something — they do smooth my skin but, more important to me is their effect on how my legs feel. Energized! I now climb our hill without their feeling like lumber by the time I’m at the top.

Received in a timely manner, the fit is perfect, very comfortable, just wish I had ordered them with pockets, next order will have pockets.

Leggings are comfortable and do offer some support but even after wearing them three weeks, I have not seen any change on my legs. If you're looking for comfortable leggings, these are ok but they don't seem to do nothing for the cellulite, even if they are supposedly made especially for that matter.

Good product. The size guide didn't gave me the good sizing for me, though.

Here is what they claim: Our Mistake: If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we cover 100% of the shipping costs.
Your Choice: If the return is due to a change of mind or incorrect size selection, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. WRONG

I wrote them via email with this response: REASON FOR RETURN, IT JUST DIDN'T FIT WELL. SIZE WAS GREAT BUT THE PADDING WAS WRINKLED AND NO MATTER HOW I TRIED TO READJUST IT JUST DIDN'T FEEL RIGHT.

They respond with: I’m sorry the bra didn’t feel right and that the padding was wrinkled. To help our team review this, please send clear photos of the wrinkled
padding and the label/tag. Since order included both the Ballet Pink and Apricot bras, please also let us know which color has the issue.

My response: I sent photos of both explaining both bras had the same issue.

They respond with: Thanks for sending these photos. I can see the padding/cup area appears uneven and wrinkled, and I’ve noted that both the Ballet Pink
and Apricot bras are affected. Please send us the photo of full products for our checking.

My response: I send photos of both bras laid out to show both sides of each bra and the wrinkled side is very obvious.

They respond with: As we checked, the products are in good condition.

I respond with: do I send the bras to the address listed on the website or the address from which they come from?

They wanted the order# which I provided the response I got back was: Thank you for reaching out to us.

I love your Silixwear. My legs have been bad for the past couple years. I am 64 year old and worked long hours standing. Sometimes double shifts.
Up and down with my weight. My legs have taken a toll.
I have noticed a difference in my legs. Some of my veins the small ones have gone. My legs are starting to get smoother. When I get up in the morning I am not pulling my self up the wall to walk.

I bought more similar leggings where the seller promised comfort and reduction of saggy skin. I never believed any material can get rid of cellulite. I came across Silixwear and have to admit I am living in the leggings, so smooth and comfortable I they looking amazing with skirt. I'm wearing them instead of stockings and they make my legs looks great . As for reducing cellulite , I need to do more then rely on leggings. Love the seller too, quick delivery.

I have POTS and leg compression is CRUCIAL for someone with POTS so that blood flows better. During summer I don’t want to wear compression socks and even in winter wearing long compression socks with leggings gets uncomfortable. I decided to give Silix a try and I am blown away by them! I am getting the constant compression I need without adding extra layers and they are so comfortable. I will definitely be getting more!

I am updating my review to reflect the fact that Silix has now provided a full refund for my disputed orders, and I appreciate that the matter was ultimately resolved.

That said, the process was far more difficult and time-consuming than it should have been. Over a period of approximately three weeks, I repeatedly requested a refund due to concerns about comfort, product representation, sizing issues, and items that were not received. During that time, I was offered coupons and partial resolutions instead of the refund I was seeking.

What is most disappointing is that the full refund was only approved after I posted a negative review and continued to dispute the matter. In my opinion, customers should not have to spend weeks pursuing a resolution or resort to public reviews to receive the customer service and refund consideration that was originally requested.

To Silix's credit, they did eventually make things right by providing a full refund, and I believe it is important to acknowledge that. However, I hope the company reviews its customer service and refund practices so that future customers can have their concerns addressed more efficiently and without unnecessary delays.

For that reason, I am updating my review to reflect both the eventual resolution and the challenges experienced throughout the process.

**⭐ 1 Star – Buyer Beware**

Buyer beware.
I purchased multiple pairs of leggings from Silix after being attracted by their advertising, product descriptions, and claims of easy returns and customer satisfaction. Unfortunately, my experience has been the complete opposite.

Several pairs of the 3D anti-cellulite leggings were uncomfortable, did not fit as expected, and appeared different from the product images used in the advertising. When I contacted customer service about these concerns, I requested a refund. Instead, I was encouraged to accept a coupon and was advised that returning the items would be costly. Feeling I had little practical choice, I accepted the coupon and donated the leggings.

Hoping the issue was isolated, I placed another order. Unfortunately, I experienced similar problems with additional leggings. Despite repeatedly explaining my concerns and providing the requested information, I encountered ongoing delays and was offered alternatives such as coupons, exchanges, store credit, and partial refunds rather than the straightforward refund process promoted in the company's advertising.

What has been most disappointing is the amount of time and effort required simply to seek a resolution. Customers should not have to repeatedly explain the same issues or chase responses when requesting assistance.

My experience has left me questioning the company's advertised commitment to customer satisfaction and hassle-free refunds. Based on my experience, I would strongly encourage potential customers to thoroughly research reviews and understand the return process before purchasing.

I am sharing this review so other consumers can make an informed purchasing decision.

I ordered two pair of these leggings on June the 17th, waiting for update on the shipping label.But it still has not been withdrawn from my card.

I ordered the crop leggings w/pockets. After receiving them the material was nothing like advertised. It was thin, not supportive in any way. I wrote them about a refund for deceptive advertising. They informed me that it was because I ordered the ones with pockets?? I have read the product description over and over again. I don't see anything saying there's a difference between pocket and non-pocket. But the did tell me that it would cost me more to return them than it did to purchase them. So keep them and they would give me a 20% discount on the correct pants. Talk about a SCAM!!!! I just wish there was something we could do about this company. I did report them to Facebook, but I don't know how good it will do.
