Waiting over 20 working days for my…

Waiting over 20 working days for my refund, contacted them today and magically it's being processed now. Will be interesting to see how many more days it takes for the refund to appear. I love the clothes they offer but this has been just ridiculous!

Keep an eye on your refunds

I hadn't received a refund for something I'd returned almost 2.5 months prior, and had an email from Silkfred saying they had received the items over 2 months ago, but still no refund was processed. I completely forgot about this, and was only reminded by an ad on insta that I'd never received the refund. On reaching out they processed it within a day, but I think they take advantage of people that may forget to check that refunds have been received to boost their profit margins. Awful commercial practice to see

Bad Form!

Ordered 6 dresses (over £300), ended up having to work away from home for 3 weeks so missed the 14 day return policy (which I was honest about as it was my error), however its 14 days to request and then 14 days to return - I was 25 days so technically still within the 28 days and could have returned items next day delivery. SilkFred not at all interested, no goodwill on returning 4 of the 6 items and a point blank no! Now sat with 4 dresses that don't fit and £200 out of pocket. Bad form SilkFred!!

Delivery too long

Reasonably priced garments for fashion but why does it take so long to receive them?

I have a problem regarding refunds

I have a problem with orders that were returned & accepted back by you but I haven't received the refunds which have now back with you since 4th July & the 9th of August Way outside the 14 days when they should have reached my PayPal account . The fact that your system doesn't cover all questions it was be good to be able to verbally speak to a human being on the phone. 24 hrs have now passed since my first communication and still no help, NOT ACCEPTABLE.

Failure to refund

Items arrived quickly, however 2/3 items returned within the same week. I received an email stating they had arrived and I would get a refund within 14 working days, however 3 weeks later I still had no refund. Contacted customer service and they apologised for not repaying me (less 2 return fees for 2 separate items!) had I not been checking thoroughly I may have never been refunded. May not order again from silk Fred. 2 stars due to quick initial delivery and item I kept was of good standard.

Slow refund

Refunds take ages, 2 weeks after I returned items, contacted silk Fred who say they’ve received my returns but still ‘processing’ the refund I think it’s just a way of holding onto your money for as long as possible!

Returns policy is dreadful
Returned an item on the 9th August
Only acknowledged on the 15th August
They only started the refund process on the 4th September, ( after being chased twice ) and the money won’t be recredited for further number of days !

Quality an value disapointing

the quality of the products is not to the standard i expect with the value of the products, an there refund policy is 14 working days.
Yet a cheaper online clothing a lifestyle retailer who’s main distribution warehouse in based in far east have a far better quality and quicker refund policy.

Slow returns

Used to really like SilkFred, but recently the quality of products I have received has gone down (either poor quality material or the fit just isn't as expected)... such that I returned everything on my last order.
Combined with extremely slow returns/refunds, I will be hesitant to use again.
N.B. Returned items were received by SilkFred on 9th August, I received an email saying the refund would be processed within 14 working days - we are now on working day 19 (27 actual days) and still no refund in sight.
