6 weeks and no replacement
The led mask had a fault within 1-2 months of purchase, whereby the yellow LED light setting did not work.
I organised a return under warranty.
The item was collected on 29th May.
It has now been 6 weeks and there has been no replacement or offer of refund. On asking for updates, have been told a technical problem is preventing them sending out a replacement.

Faulty product under warranty still not repaired
I bought an LED face mask which has been fantastic for my skin and really noticeable results very quickly.
Unfortunately the product broke after approx. 6 months of use - I think a loose connection of the wires meaning the mask now intermittently switches off after 1-3 minutes.
I have been trying for over a fortnight to get a repair organised under the warranty. They repeatedly tell me I will be sent a postage label to organise the return - it never arrives. Would not recommend.
I purchased this product through Lookfantastic who have been even less helpful and I am leaving a similar review for.
UPDATE 26th Feb - item still sat in my front hall uncollected

It doesn't work for dark skin

If you are dark skinned, don't buy the Silk'n Infinity laser hair removal. It doesn't work.
Full story:
I did a lot of research before purchasing the Silk'n laser hair removal. It was one of only ones that said that could be used on dark skin. So I got it in November 2023, it arrived very fast.
For my skin tone I could only go as high as level 2. So I started using in 3 different areas: armpits, bikini and legs. It also said to use every two weeks and you should start seeing results with 4 uses, which would still be within the 90 days trial period.
Because I was using such low level I decided to use every week instead, so I used it 7 times in total before giving up.
I tried to go a level higher to see if that would speed up the process but it didn't allow me, it just flashed (I appreciate that safety feature cos it avoided me burning myself).
I decided to return as I could still get my money back then. The customer service answered very fast and sent me a label.
I sent the product back but then DPD tried to deliver twice and there wasn't anyone in the address to receive it. I sent the customer service another email questioning it, they took longer to reply but finally gave my money back.
So I'm giving only one start because they gave my money back. But I wish the product actually worked instead.
The battery also started failing in the last 3 uses, it was like turning on a car with bad battery when you have to turn the ignition a few times before it kicked in.
I have done laser treatment in a salon 10 years ago in my bikini area and it worked, so it's not my skin.

I purchase my item the 31/12/23 a still waiting for it to be delivered. I’ve been in contact with your Customer Service who state this has been delivered. I’ve advised your customer service that I haven’t received this item I also did not receive any parcel tracking info as stated on your website. I’m now in a lengthy process daily of speaking with your Customer Service whom have now passed this to there POD Department as I have asked for a picture of this delivery an a signature as I have not received this item. So 10 days on from purchase an £229.00 down with nothing to show for it. As purchased with PayPal this will be my next step an let them deal with it as I don’t think it’s being dealt with quick enough.

I haven’t got it (but now I know why)
It turns out the address was incorrect, looks very much like my error not theirs.
So I have to change this to 5 star because they have bent over backwards to get this resolved.

Worst customer care. No order delivered either. No refund
After being in touch with customer care on email and placing the order (which was to reach in 5 data), it’s been over 3 weeks and no order received. What in did receive was a curt email saying they can’t deliver that particular product to uk due to the socket typo (which by the way can easily be fixed by using an adapter) and they refund me.
I’ve been emailing them explaining the same and no response for over ac well now, no reading and obviously no order delivered.
Highly unprofessional.
