Extremely poor customer service (damaged item)
I ordered a camisole top as a gift for a friend. It arrived with a small stain. Wrote to Customer Service immediately with a photo to enquire what are the further steps and got a reply saying they propose “a 25% refund”.
I’ve never seen this in my life from any company. Whenever a faulty item is sent, shops offer to replace it for free, not to give you a discount (the really generous ones even let you keep the previous one, for the trouble you went through, but I was not expecting that, of course). How is one supposed to offer a damaged gift?
Also, if they want to sell slightly damaged items at a discount, they should advertise them as such BEFORE purchase.
Leaving this review here to point out their major flaws in dealing with product issues and, hopefully, to get my case fixed, since it seems that simply contacting their support is not enough.
LE: They actually got back to me proposing to replace the item. I appreciated that. Not sure of this review helped, but it’s good that they improve their responses.
