This Company is based in China via a Heathrow Distribution Centre, so if a size exchange is required it's a long, expensive drawn out process (if they finally agree?). Quality isn't fantastic, the cheap front shirt buttons are spaced too far apart, which cause gaping (even when the shirt was ample big enough).

This was the first time I purchased from Silkysilky and I found it to be very professional. The items I purchased are of good quality and they arrived in good time, well packaged. I was kept informed of progress all the way.

I bought the pure silk bowknot tie bonnet and I wish I’d done this years ago. I have long hair and it was gets knotted up which means it’s a pain to brush out and ends up with breakage and hair pulling out. Now I wake up each day with hair ready for the day and it feels soft!

Dreadful company, very deceiving, Uksilksilky is their name, however they're based in China. Nowhere on their site does it state this. Bad communication, line delivery times.

This is my 2nd purchase of the SilkSilky bonnet. I had also been using a mesh hair wrap at night and started causing dry hair and breakage. The Mulberry Silk bonnet from SilkSilky was softer, breathable and did not fall off overnight. Hair' much softer without the breakage.

Product as advertised. Customer support on sizing replacements and returns was excellent.

I bought a set of silk pyjamas for my wife on our 12th (Silk) wedding anniversary.
She loves them, loves the warm colour of the purple/grey (which also has a brown tinge, adding to the warmth) and they fit her beautifully.
Ordering from the website was easily. They arrived quite quickly and were beautifully packaged.

I have returned the dress (made in china, qualittet terrible), at least 20 times i wrote them, never have I ever saw my money back, they would say they will reply after they investigate, never happend. Run away from this company!

The time you have to Whyte before the product are driving is very long the information. About the ending of the product is not ex enough.

For years I had been ordering silk knit nightgowns from Wintersilks, but , then, they seem to go out of business. I am just happy to find silk knit nightgowns again. I am very happy with your product and I am resisting the urge to order a large quantity for fear of your not being around to offer them in the future.

The homepage is a bit confusing for me and the transport was a bit longer, but everything from payment and delivery was without problems.

I’m updating my review to 3 stars. While the mulberry silk blouse is of excellent quality and authentic, the shipping process with the local courier (EcoScooting) was a nightmare. It took multiple failed delivery attempts and several days of stress to finally get my package.
The issue was only resolved after I opened a PayPal dispute and contacted their support team multiple times. Special thanks to Carlos for finally prioritizing my delivery, but the overall logistics experience needs a major improvement. If you buy here, be prepared to fight for your delivery.
