Written by the company
SilkStone Memorial is a direct-to-consumer headstone company. We sell 28x16x3in flat granite memorial markers online, sourced directly from Himalayan granite quarries in Pakistan that our family has worked for generations, and hand-finished at our workshop in California. Every memorial includes free custom engraving (names, dates, and an epitaph), a digital proof for your approval before any engraving begins, and free insured shipping via UPS Ground to all 48 contiguous US states. Because we cut out local monument dealers and showroom markups, our stones start at $599, compared to $2,000 or more at a typical local dealer. We are an online business only. We do not have a walk-in showroom or retail store, and our California workshop is not open to public visitors. Our registered business address is in Orem, Utah. You can reach our team by phone, email, or through our website, and we're happy to help with any questions about your order, cemetery requirements, or design before you buy. Standard production and delivery takes 4-8 weeks from digital proof approval, with a rush option available. Every memorial ships fully insured in a custom wooden crate, and we replace any stone damaged in transit at no cost.

Honored my grandfather beautifully
When my grandfather passed, our family was dealing with a lot of grief, and the memorial stone was one thing we wanted to get right. SilkStone Memorial made the whole process easy. They were patient, clear about every step, and handled the details so we could focus on being together as a family.
The finished stone came out beautiful, honoring his life in a way that feels personal and fitting, and the craftsmanship shows.
Thank you to the SilkStone team for the care you showed our family. We now have a place to visit him that feels like him, and I’d recommend SilkStone to any family wanting to honor someone they love.
