Absolute con - try as you might to create your personalised card, AI will keep changing things you haven't asked it to so you have to pay for more and more tokens to rectify these changes!!

I’m really sorry that creating your card felt so frustrating. Our editor uses AI, which means small changes to the description can sometimes update more of the design than expected – that’s clearly not what you wanted here.
As soon as you emailed on 18 November, I processed a full refund the same day so you weren’t out of pocket for trying the site.
The vast majority of customers are able to create their card without needing extra tokens, but your experience shows we still need to make the controls clearer and more predictable, especially for first-time users.

Excellent art but a couple other snafus
The artwork was better than I expected. I gave a complicated prompt and I think the program did an amazing job with it.
2 disappointments:
I guess the ordering page is a little clunky because I submitted test to be written inside and it wasn't.
I wanted 1 card and accidentally ordered a duplicate somehow. Not very expensive so not a big deal.

Time concern
I felt very tentative that the card would arrive here in NZ within the time it was needed... phew, it did but I needed to know the process because obviously 3-5 working days is not applicable for OS. If the card is ordered from OS, please contact the ordering client with an update saying it has been sent.

This site is fantastic
This site is fantastic! I don't think I will shop anywhere else for cards from now on. It's so much fun to create a card that is completely unique and personalised perfectly. I have done cards with my family and their pets that has an amazing resemblance to them. I will be creating all my Christmas cards with this site too. It allows you to create a card, but if you need to edit it you have to purchase tokens but it's quite cheap and worth it. However, I found that if you put as much detail as possible to start with, you may not need to edit. I also thought it was best to leave any wording on the cover until last. I prefer to put the greeting inside as the cards are so good they could be framed. The cost of a card is £3.99. Postage is the same for 1 or multiple cards.

Loved the card
Loved the card. My nephew loves cats and elevators and I was able to make him a birthday card that looks amazing and has 2 cats (of my choice) in an elevator with party hats and streamers. Brilliant! and the paper quality was really good.

We print within 24–48 working hours (Mon–Fri), and Royal Mail 48 aims for 2 working days—so delivery was within the expected window.
