Silly smoke takes a while to process the order but once it’s processed it’s in the mail the next day! they take the same amount of time as other online dispensary’s but for way better prices. silly smoke is for sure my go to shop for now on

Was the worst online purchase…
Was the worst online purchase experience of my life attempting to order from Silly String and I used the word "Attempting" because after my online order was placed on Silly Smoke website and got email from Silly Smoke verifying they'd received my order and were just waiting on payment e-transfer to also be received which was emailed 5 min after completion of placing online order and then what happened? Well absolutely NOTHING HAPPENED no further emails,calls,texts just Nothing my e-transfer sat unreceivied basically for next 4 days despite several failed attempts on my part to actually contact or speak to someone both by email and phone calls leaving unanswered emails and voicemails asking someone to please contact me with updated information on status of my order or why payment hadn't been accepted and after 4 days of that I felt I'd obviously made a bad decision by dealing with Silly Smoke and I immediately cancelled e-transfer went back to dispensary I'd been using before 2 days later I had order from BC my order sat at Silly Smoke in limbo 4 days and the actual location of Silly Smoke is a mere 2 hr drive from where I live they weren't able to do half the work in twice the amount of time took order to arrive from BC !!! #sad# pathetic customer service

Shipping was quick
Shipping was quick. I was apprehensive at first because i didnt get any confirmation until i asked two days after making my order. Its great bang for the buck but i found some of the strains to be "overaged". The OG kush seemed fresher but probally outdoor. The other three stains were real tight- but reminded me of brick weed, just better quality.
