Never received my order
I'd like to leave a better review but my experience with Silo Crafts has been very unfortunate. I ordered via their website, paid for my order in advance as you do and never received any update about shipping. After checking back with support from Silo, I was given a tracking number through which I learned that my parcel is being sent back to sender because it could not be delivered to me. After a lot of back and forth to figure out what the issue was, I was told by Silo that the parcel was not delivered back to them, that they could not do anything to help and that I should get in touch with the shipping service provider. The result is that I paid for products that I never received. Of course I am very irritated by the way this matter was handled by the brand. You would think that more would be done on their end to straighten things out.

Thank you for sharing your experience with your order on Silo. Your satisfaction is our top priority; however, we have policy terms to follow, which prevent us from always being able to fulfill a request.
I reviewed the case for your order and would like to provide more context, as some of it has been missed in the review.
-You ordered three brass wall hooks via the website on January 6th, 2023.
-You received an email notification with the tracking on January 9th. Shipping company: DPD Tracking number: 05308817792747E
-After several days, you contacted us saying you didn’t receive the package. It turned out it had been returned to our warehouse because it wasn’t accepted at the destination.
-We sent the package to you again at no extra cost.
-After several days, you contacted us again, saying the package had not been delivered.
The tracking information contained the name of the person that accepted the box, “Anna Bauthen GmbH,” and there was proof of delivery with an image + a signature included in the tracking that confirmed the delivery at your address.
-We shared the images, and you confirmed all this information from the tracking link. You also told us that you know the company and the person that accepted the package at the mentioned address.
-You then requested for us to send a refund to the order for the items, and we explained that since the package was delivered with proof of delivery, we couldn’t ship out new goods until the case was resolved.
-We opened a case with DPD about the issue and received once again the proof of delivery at the provided address with an image of the delivery and a signature by “Anna.”
-2 weeks later, the hooks became out of stock, and after DPD dismissed the case, we could not send you a new package.
Summary: I understand your frustration with not having received the wall hooks, but please note that we shipped them to your address twice and DPD specifically provided proof of delivery of the items.
Despite the double fulfillment and proof of delivery, we also were not able to send you out of stock items in general.
