I absolutely do not recommend this website. After an inquiry via email, where I provided them with all the necessary information, they themselves suggested another product. Upon receiving the package, I realized that the item was incorrect. They arranged for a courier to pick up the package, which I returned in its original, intact packaging. A few days later, I received a message stating that the package was damaged and that they would not refund my purchase price. They also mentioned that if I did not want the product to be destroyed, I would have to pay the return shipping costs. When I called to express my disagreement, they explained that the package was taped and that they could not return it to the supplier because of this. My biggest regret is that I did not seal the package with adhesive tape, but the courier probably did so when picking it up. Think carefully before ordering from this site

Order spare part for car, after 10 days ask for delivery status and get answer - they expecting supplyer to send part.

After 25 days , send again quiry about delivery and status and get immidiate response that part is not avilabile any more.

If i didnt contact them , will still waiting for them and part.

Part is still on web page and ready to order ..

My car was out of order for over 25 days beacuse of all this waiting.

Very irresposible and not representative company, avoid this company and they subsidiaries like silux.hr.
