Silva Wellness centre is amazing!
Went to a Gratitude and Sound Healing workshop which was wonderful! Led by Angie Fernandes and Claire Nowland it was inspiring and I now try to be more grateful. There were lots of good suggestions and ideas. The sound healing and Reiki session was amazing! Highly recommend Silva Wellness centre - a very special, welcoming and calm place!

a beautiful healing and rejuvenating experience
I attended a free community relaxation and cacao ceremony workshop. They put these sessions on because they believe in giving back.
Having attended a few free events with different organisations in the past I was gratified; every element of the event was first class from the welcome to the ceremony.
No skimping, particularly person - centred, time was taken to answer all questions and a lovely comfortable healing environment. I was really impressed.
As a result of this experience I have no hesitation in seeking treatment with Silva Wellness.
