Customer ordered a 20inch chain sent email saying bracelet and querying delivery time . We checked they wanted a chain or a bracelet they clarified they wanted a 20inch chain . We dispatched item Royal Mail special delivery and they did not deliver as per the service paid which unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for . Customer then advised they wanted a bracelet and they are not aware of sizes . We advised return item for full credit and we will also refund the shipping as well . The item has not been returned to us as of yet .

What a lovely touch. Fantastic service offered by Silver Aura and I absolutely love my beautiful bracelet. I've worn it every day since I've got it. I'll definitely use Silver Aura again.

Ordered twice from silver aura and both experiences have been great, the items are amazing quality, beautiful sterling silver jewellery, apart from the first order arriving abit slow in the post nothing can be faulted, beautifully packaged aswell.
Customer service seems amazing also considering a item I ordered on my second order wasn’t in stock they provided me with a automatic refund but also included some beautiful little hoop earrings for free and also a cute branded pen! Thank you so much, I have ordered a further two more times and waiting for my items to arrive, I believe this will be the only jeweller I will use. Couldn’t recommend enough.

As we emailed Friday that the ring would be with us today due to delivery’, and we emailed you earlier to inform you it will be dispatched in the morning . We also advised wedding rings are taking up to 30 days to produce as there is a large back up of orders . We managed to get this time reduced considerably to 14 working days .
