A raw platform, still. Sometimes I do not get OTPs for Login. Generally, if there are some characters that are not allowed or more than 35 characters, it should let the user know and not accept the payment, but it accepts the payment and after a day rejects it…I hope in time these issues will be solved. Also there is no payment confirmation documens that can be downloaded.

Regarding the limits on beneficiary names, we understand your concern. Limits to the beneficiary name is a market limit but we are adding a warning to limit the number of characters in the name to be under 35 characters long, ensuring valid IBANs for smooth payments.
We appreciate your patience as we work towards providing payment confirmation documents that can be downloaded directly from our platform. In the meantime, our customer support centre is available to assist you with obtaining this documentation.
It's important to note that a significant percentage of our payments, around 97% to 98%, are processed without any issues, well above industry averages. We are committed to further enhancing our platform and processes in collaboration with our Payment Operations and Product teams.

My experience in business are almost 35 years working with the maybe around 100 different banks and Payment Systems.
Everyone who working with banks last 15-20 years knows very well HOW it is NOT EASY :( :( :(
I started to work with SiverBird just few weeks ago...
And I am VERY NICE SURPRISED about a VERY HIGH QUALITY of heir service :) :) :)
1) First time in my experience SilverBird opened accounts for my two companies during one week...
That are amazing :):):) usually that time are minimum 2-3 month... :(
2) Every questions they solving very quickly ...
3) My transfers (USD and CAD) to USA and Canada coming to my Partners just during few hours.

So I am very HAPPY :) And hope that will not change on the future :)
