Not Trustworthy

So Very Disgusted Yet Upset With This Place. I Lost My Cat Who Was My Family To Mammary Carcinoma (Cancer) In July. I Wanted To Wear My Pendant I Had Made With Her Name, Picture And Dates. It Claimed It Was Good So I Ordered 2 Chains on Sept 5. To Date I Still Do NOT Have My Purchased Items, No Tracking Number, Shipping Carrier Name To Verify Items Shipped. I Requested It And Now Its Like The Seller Ghosted Me. Im Getting No Response.

Now I Cant Wear My Memorial Pendant Of My Girl. And For The Time Being (Until Paypal Cocludes Investigating I'm Out My $50.
