High chair purchased via website. Easy to purchase, good choice of chairs, delivery next day on standard option, email received in advance with 3 hour time slot for delivery, delivery on schedule by polite driver.
Overall, excellent purchasing experience and excellent highchair. Easy to assemble, easy to collapse and store, all parts fit perfectly and wipe clean.

Spoke to customer service before I placed the order. The phone was answered quickly and the agent was very helpful in answering my questions. Once the order was placed, it was delivered within three days. I was kept updated of the delivery process and the delivery was made within an hour of the allocated time slot. I haven’t had time to open the boxes, as baby is preterm and still in NICU… but delivery was so fast and looking at the number of items sold for a huge discounted price. 100 percent value for money.

Silver cross was really good. I had problems with another company I had ordered the pram from. However I contacted silver cross about it and were really helpful. They sorted out an order for me and it came the next day. Yet the other company kept delaying the delivery.

Excellent service very good price for a quality product. Purchased for occasional use for grandchildren so haven't actually used yet except to try out.

Great product, but extremely difficult customer service experience trying to resolve a missing configuration issue and we’ve been going back and forth for weeks without any resolution. I’m extremely disappointed for a luxury stroller company to handle my situation in this manner.

My children are 33, 31,22. now and I made this choice for silvercross as I've always found them to be great quality and nothing has changed if anything theyre are good at staying with trends. So I felt if they were good enough for my children then they are definitely the best for my grandson. Thankyou for your great craftsmanship im sure I won't be disappointed.
