Very pleasant experience with this company

I have found SilverDoor to be really helpful in my relocation to Auckland in securing initial accommodation. From submitting the enquiry and being presented with options to suit my budget and preferences. Special mention goes to Shane, who has gone above and beyond in providing various options to consider. It is much appreciated.

Excellent company

We had a great experience with SilverDoor when looking for an apartment in Utrecht. We couldn’t get to the city ourselves, but Max and the team found us a number of excellent options. At every stage there were swift, diligent and an absolute pleasure to deal with. We would definitely use SilverDoor again.

3 month stay

Matt was really helpful from the beginning and the whole response was so quick. Everyone was really supportive and they made the whole process a lot easier. The only thing that didn't go as planned was the fact that they missed to inform about the fact that the building I stay undergoes construction which gets noisy sometimes. According to Kate, the SilverDoor knew it but they didn't pass me the information. The rest was great so far but I agree with the fact that I should have known before booking it.
