Don't buy your socks here. Sketchy!!
I would not recommend buying from Silverlight based on my recent experience.
I have been using Silverlight socks for many years and have always been very happy with the quality. The socks themselves are excellent and have served me well for a long time.
Unfortunately, my recent experience with customer service has been very disappointing. I was promised replacement socks because some stitches had failed, but I have been waiting since January 31. As of March 6, I had still not received anything. The tracking link did not work, and customer service responses were very slow. When they did reply, it remained unclear what to expect next.
For socks in this price range, I expected much better service. That makes this experience even more disappointing, especially as a long time satisfied customer.
Update March 23: Still no socks. The first package was lost. After many emails and a long wait, Jade sent a replacement parcel, but this one also got lost in the same place in China. Something is clearly going wrong, but it is unclear where.
Update March 25: Still no socks. Apparently, a required number was missing from the shipment, causing it to fail at the airport twice. I also tried to contact the owner, Ralph S., via a comment on their blog, but the blog has since been removed.
This situation feels increasingly unreliable.
