Always quality items. Have bought here for the past 7 years. I bought two hoop earring’s online and a chain. Unfortunately I bought the wrong size. Took a trip to Brighton store to change to the correct size but sold out. I was then able to do a refund at the store with no quibble. Great customer service. Thank you.

Silver scene website was easy to navigate, with no hard sell activity. I ordered three pairs of earrings, with the 20% bank holiday code. I wanted to add the third pair, with the same order, after I’d placed it. The discount code didn’t work. I emailed them, and received a prompt reply, giving me the discount and postage for the add on. Wonderful company, and exemplary customer service. My earrings are beautiful.. exceptional quality, and lovely boxes and packaging. I highly recommend Silver Scene.. their shop in Brighton is gorgeous, with the same level of customer service 😍👏🏻👍🏻

The shop did not have the earrings i wanted and the sales girl said she would try to get them from one of the other shops. She thrn phoned me to say that they were available online and told me how to find them which I did. I found them and ordered them and they were delivered 2 days later. Exactly what I wanted. Great service. Lovely product!
