USA.net has ghastly customer service
I have been a customer of USA.net for decades and decades. This is owned by SilverSky. In all this time, they have not responded to any of my customer complaints, comments, or suggestions ONCE. Not once. Imagine. What does that tell you about the company? Not only that, as everyone adds new features, USA.net just keeps sucking the life out of the people who have had their traditional email address for decades. They just don't care and neither do they want to improve.
Recommend you skip any SilverSky services and products as you will get no service in return.
