I have been a customer of USA.net for decades and decades. This is owned by SilverSky. In all this time, they have not responded to any of my customer complaints, comments, or suggestions ONCE. Not once. Imagine. What does that tell you about the company? Not only that, as everyone adds new features, USA.net just keeps sucking the life out of the people who have had their traditional email address for decades. They just don't care and neither do they want to improve.

Recommend you skip any SilverSky services and products as you will get no service in return.

We’ve spent months trying to get SilverSky to cancel the service. It seems they intentionally make it virtually impossible to terminate, no matter how many times you call, email, and go on their website. They say they are submitting the request to cancel, yet the cancellation mysteriously fails to materialize for weeks and months at a time. We constantly received conflicting information on the phone and via mail. Then of course our final bill ran through the date they finally manage to process our termination; ie, months and months after we started the surprisingly painful process of trying to terminate. Why not have the option to cancel services on their website (like practically every other vendor in the field)? We certainly weren't happy with the customer service, but we never imagined they would run our bill up another $600+ in the interim. We would never do business with SilverSky again.
