I’d highly recommend Silvertime for their products and customer service. I made a mistake when ordering something and even after three months the company offered to exchange the necklace. The company representative was really helpful in handling the exchange quickly and courteously.

I’ve ordered a number of items from Silver Time over the years — including chains, bracelets, and earrings — and every single time I’ve been extremely happy with my purchases. The quality has always been top-notch, and the pieces feel durable, well-made, and exactly as described.

I also want to highlight how impressed I’ve been with their customer service. On the rare occasions I had queries about items, Silver Time resolved everything very quickly and effectively, which I really appreciated.

Overall, I’m very, very happy both with the quality of the jewellery and the level of care they show their customers. I wouldn’t hesitate to order from them again and would happily recommend them to others.

Changed the price of a 28" figaro chain from £80 to £110 immediately after I'd enquired about a size availablility. Shady as.

I dont know how i didn't see this website before but luckily I managed to come across and ordered a lovely figaro necklace for myself which is crafted to perfection.I can move it around my neck 360 without even feeling any scratches or catching my hair when removing it. Definitely the best silver jewellery I'm owning at the moment. It was packed safely in nice cushioned jewellery box and i got a silver polish cloth...plus the shine is amazing

Just received my beautiful Lemon Baltic Amber pear drop earrings. So pleased with them. Surpassed my expectations for quality and excellent order and delivery experience.

Recently received my order for earrings with Baltic amber in them and although their description does say amber is a natural product and colours vary I do think the amber in my items is too dark making it difficult to recognise the earings as bees.

Just recently ordered the 8mm rope chain and matching bracelet. Once again the experience was excellent. The items arrived next day before 1pm and the packaging it’s superb. I cannot rate Silvertime highly enough. They’re a fantastic company and genuinely nice people with a passion for great product and fantastic customer service. I will definitely be returning

I had a pleasant experience. Found a suitable amber coloured pendant for my wife. Checked the reviews and decided to ignore the one negative one which said credit cards were not accepted. They are accepted, unless you have a problem with your card being declined I suppose, and the delivery and product were first class.

Placed an order last night for just over £200 for 2 chains which went through absolutely fine. Received an email this morning stating my order could not be processed as they cannot accept card payments due to fraud, they will only accept bank transfers. Called to speak to someone and was told they can see my order/payment was not fraudulent. However, they would only accept bank transfer until they review their procedures.

Not sure how a company can say they are refusing card payments due to fraud when this is the safest way to protect their consumer.

I chose to order from here based on previous reviews but I would stay clear of this company as alarms bells are now ringing as to why an online company will only accept bank transfers which doesn't protect their consumer and makes me question genuinity of this company.

Fantastic business. I was a little hesitant at first as the prices were so great but there is nothing to worry about. A great business with high quality items.

Was very skeptical ordering from a jewellers online rather than seeing the quality in person , and after receiving my chain (sterling silver curb 24inch 7mm) I am beyond happy with the quality of the silver and packaging that it came with , the price was great as I’ve paid more than double for similar products before , will definitely use this company for all my future purchases! Ordered Wednesday night came Friday morning , great service.
