Very upset with Silver Tree Games. I ordered an item on 26/02 and received confirmation that it had been shipped on 01/03, however it is now 06/04 and the item still has not arrived. This usually wouldn't be a big issue, as a replacement or refund would a normally happen, but I have tried to contact them twice via email and once on Facebook to resolve this and they haven't replied or even acknowledged my messages.
