I ordered two of the same pillows with Inside out characters and the image on both pillows were different. One came like the advertised product and the other was not filled as much with a zoomed out picture.

After contacting support I have not got a resolution or confirmation on how they are fixing the problem.

I ordered 2 T-shirts three weeks ago? Can’t seem to track the package! Not happy camper…

Placed an order on May 18, 2022, according to the email the merchandise would ship 5 to 7 business days. Here it is 3 weeks later and nothing!!! paid for it. According to customer service it was lost in transit I have been tracking it and it was never shipped Go Figure. Will never order from this company again.

The shirt fits well. I wear a 18 and ordered 2x. The color is great! I will be doing future ordering.

Anytime you order from them they do quality work I will be ordering something again very soon :)

The Alzheimer’s design are really cute and I get a lot of compliments. The fabric is rough, but I’m hoping that with repeat washings the fabric will soften.

I ordered and received two T-shirts. I love the design on both, but the fabric is very rough and uncomfortable. I contacted the company who gave me a link to submit a claim. I tried to submit a claim, but the web site did not have my issue to report. I emailed and told them this and asked for a refund. I will gladly return the shirts. They just told me they were sorry I was having problems. No resolution or no answer to my concerns.

The shirts were really cute. The designs were exactly what they showed online. They were delivered sooner than I expected, because of the pandemic I was surprised. Most of the items of have ordered online I have had to wait and wait for. I would definitely order from Silvertshirt again.

I bought 6 shirts from on line. I had no problems. My girl friends loved them. We loved the colors and designs. The Queen one words seemed a little to light. They run a little big also, but its good. I would order them again. Thank you!

Horrible company!!! Do NOT order! They sent me a defective item that I paid for them they sent me a replacement that looked worse than the first one. I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau for selling fraudulent items. It looked nothing like the picture. And they denied my claim for a refund!!!

I placed my original order for my 3 shirts on May 26th 2020. As of September 9th at 8:44pm est I have yet to receive two of the 3 shirts I ordered. I've sent out countless e-mails and I've made numerous phone calls. In all of my e-mails I've requested a refund of my shirts because I no longer wanted them. The only response I've gotten is I apologize due to covid we are experiencing longer than normal delivery times. When I call, it's an automated system that says my order will be shipped in five days. I called 5 days in a row and got the same response. My order was re-ordered and expedited back in early August and as of now it's somewhere lost in the mail in the city I live in. Long story short, don't believe the fake reviews. They all have the same title. This "company" is trash
