I ordered for an unlock code for an LG phone. They claim the average waiting time is 3hours 21 minutes. It's been over two days. To make matters worse am not getting any response from customer service upon my follow up mail. I feel I have been scammed.
UPDATE
I finally got a response and refund after filing a dispute resolution with PayPal.
