Still have not received my items and not response to emails.
Very poor!

Order still not received! Was for my daughter’s birthday party but still not even here 10 days later

DO NOT BUY! No company. Unable to call or email for refund. Luckily only spent £20.

Ordered a rattan corner set online, told a couple of days after ordering that it was now out of stock and it would take approx 4 weeks to come back in stock. After this never heard anything from them and no sign of my order. Had to result in claiming back through my bank after weeks of trying to get hold of someone with no reply to emails and all phone numbers out of use. Avoid this company.

Shocking service - Bought 12 sets of Christmas rope lights, 5 sets taken from boxes to find not working, contacted SIMA via phone, messenger and email, all completely ignored. Had to get PayPal involved, they eventually refunded my money as SIMA ignored them too - AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Very efficient - ordered a fairly large piece of furniture and it arrived within a couple of days, exactly as promised. We unfortunately had a small problem, but after an email to customer services, I received a very prompt reply from Terry who agreed an immediate solution, and most importantly, stuck to his word. Would very much recommend in terms of price, efficiency and customer service.

Bought some Christmas lights which I was very pleased with so ordered some more. One set didn't work properly so contacted company via chat. Replacement sent promptly, no quibble. Great customer service, thanks. And very pleased with lights too!

Good website easy to use. My items arrived in just over a week. Box's a bit crumpled, probably from delivery but contents was fine. The two items I bought were compatibly priced.
Would use them again.

Really pleased with service & products I ordered. Had a query about something I wanted to order & was pleasantly suprised to find that an online chat was available on a Saturday evening at around 8pm. Terry was very helpful & obviously had a good knowledge of goods available on their website. I ordered my furniture which was delivered the following Saturday.

Very impressed with this company. Ordered xmas lights, reduced by about £25 so had them for a great price. Had an email very quickly confirming Ordered, this was despatched within a couple of days and kept up to date with the delivery. Arrived well packed. Very good overall service, i will definitely use again and recommend

Product was half the cost here compared to elsewhere on the internet. It showed up in a couple of weeks and it worked. I’m almost waiting for something to go wrong because it seems too good to be true, but so far so good.

Made a purchase of some icicle lights today. great service speedy responses and fantastic value for money. Definatley recommend and will purchase from here again.

Great communication and customer service. Within a couple of minutes I had my question answered and within a couple of hours I collected my item. I was greeted with a smile; the product is great; great value for money, so I am very happy. I highly recommend this seller.
