Complete scam so I downloaded it put 30 pounds in then tried to withdraw it instantly then it said I need to verify identity and then be able to withdraw then I verified it then it said my wagering wasn’t enough no idea what it means but ok. I have been waiting more that 2 weeks for my withdrawal to be processed. I have submitted all relevant documents and it was confirmed by Simba that all documents had been verified. The casino staff keep asking me to resubmit documents which they have already confirmed received. A procrastination in paying over my withdrawal. Deceitful operation. I have been communicating with 'support' who confirmed that my documents had been verified and that my withdrawal will be processed, today, 10 December, my withdrawal has STILL NoT been paid.

Absolutely shocking service. Went to withdraw Thursday. Wanted documents. Sent them all. Friday wanted more info. Sent this through. Saturday morning got an email to say everything verified but in the account still saying I need verification. Went on chat and they said that my account is still being looked at even though I’ve had an email! No one comes back to you same day and no one responds to your emails. Had to put a restriction on my account so I don’t keep playing with the winnings. Will be closing once I get my money. 2 days to verify your account yet you don’t need to verify when you put the funds in. Funny that.

Update- now into my 4th day of waiting for my account to be verified! Spoken to a manager through Resolver who has the audacity to say they can be contactable through their website 😂

No joy with the withdrawal I gambled the funds away never have I known a company to take so long to sort out a pending withdrawal.

Sunday I wanted to withdraw up to yesterday Tuesday the account was restricted pending review of docs and then today 26th of July had confirmation that docs couldn't be verified.

So in reality they are saying Simba Games that they would have liked to hold on to my money 💰 for at least another 72 hrs.

UNACCECPTABLE

I need to know are you Simba Games connected to multiple casinos as up to now had no issues with other potential sister sites.

I've closed the Simba account no sour grapes 🍇 you get what you pay for a lesson learnt.

Be warned people about this casino horrendous customer serviced only answer email 1 a day live chat is a bot so no real person.

Much better online casinos out there but it just surprises me because the sister sites were ok with the withdrawals at least I got the payment all be it within 24 hrs.

Customer service DOESN'T exist.
They have a chat where you can leave a message and then there you see "replies within a few hours" but unfortunately the answer comes within the time frame of a week approximately ,and this is no joke! Also by the time they answer of course something that doesn't have to do nothing within what you've asked though and you get explained every single time how their chat works like a messenger and like this you try to explain again your issue and get lost in conversations - problem is never dissolved in the end you give up ,it's just not possible 🤷‍♀️thats a very good technique to avoid dealing with customers by the way very smart of them! When I opened my account there in the beginning used to recieve the withdrawals by the time of an hour. Then once i had withdrawal amout bigger than usual and that time it came after 4 working days in my bank account and since then withdrawals are taking me 5-7 working days ,never understood why. It's a pity they are making it so hard because actually they have a lot of slot games very rich choice when it comes to that. Also having good promotions like 100% deposit bonus like everyday though,but the fact that the customer service is so miserable is not easy to avoid. (:

I deposited £20 recently and won £500. When I tried to cash out the website told me I needed to go through ‘routine checks’ even though I have withdrawn a number of times and my account is verified. Most gambling sites when you withdraw you cannot reverse it. The £500 I tried to withdraw did not pend and stayed in my account allowing me to continue using it. Stupidly I ended up gambling it all away; my own fault however if they had any care about responsible gambling they would have let my cash out pend until after they had done their ‘checks’ rather than allowing it to sit in my account; knowing full well I would spend it. I think this is more than likely done on purpose so that players do exactly what I did; spend the money on their site again until you’ve lost it. I emailed about the ‘check’ and have not had response since, but have closed my account for the better and will be staying clear of Simba slots and all related companies.

Loving the site looks. So far I'm playing only slots and got some nice wins. Haven't yet withdrawn the winnings.

I deposited £1000 and can count on one hand how many bonuses I got from it. The biggest win of those bonuses was around £50. I won't be returning. Sorry.
