Frustrating Access
The access is frustrating because I don't know what is included in my package and what is not. I don't know until I click on something and it says "For an additional $300 a month..." Things should be grayed out so I'm not spending extra time randomly clicking around to find the info I want. Bookmarking report views would be helpful so I don't have to remember how I found information month-to-month or quarter-to-quarter. Flexible dates would also be appreciated. It's very limited.

Used to let you group sites together and get emails on the metrics compared to each other. Seems less and less features are available for the basic plan that used to be available.
