Next to non-existent reception…

Next to non-existent reception and cover in all areas of Vietnam. Had to buy another card from a different provider. However, this company has GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE and offered to refund my money in full plus discount on my next purchase. Very impressive. I may have just had bad luck with reception given local 5g networks.

Great eSIM for Germany.

Morocco Connection

Arrived in Morocco and the card connected right away. We had pretty good service almost everywhere in the country. It was a little bit slow in the more rural areas but overall excellent service.

Simple to install and use and worked…

Simple to install and use and worked well. Had to tweak sometimes and manually select networks or choose 4G as the automatic choice did not always connect.

I had a hard time using your account

I had a hard time using your account. When i was a couple days into it. Though I had burned through my whole amount and had a a little left. So I went on line to add more because I thought I had used so much so fast. But after I bought the second amount for 93.75 on Feb 28 I found out from reading my sim's account amount on different computer I realized I had not used hardly any of the first purchase I had made on Feb 19 for 41.50. So I never used the first amount and spent more money I did not really have on a second one. so I was very disappointed with the whole thing. Plus my calling did not work like I though it would and my communication was cut way down while on this trip to Mexico.
