The fund hits on all cylinders! Monthly distributions. Annual profit sharing, as well as fund closure profit sharing.

Thry have provided my monthly 10% return every single month since I joined the fund over four years ago.
Mat Simmons is an absolute subject matter expert in his field and works tirelessly on behalf of all of the limited partners.
The fund has had to pivot over the last few years as subsidized housing has become more problematic based on governmental intervention, and Mat has adjusted ahead of that curve to keep providing us our promised preferred return.
