I have used Simon Archer for many years and Simon was on hand when my old boiler finally died last week. They booked me in as soon as they could and have now fitted a new one. Always a friendly professional service. Reliable and trustworthy. I would highly recommend them.

Serviced boiler,efficent,friendly & professional.
Also thermostat has gone on shower gentleman looked at it took a photo just waiting to hear back.

excellent service came out the same day and fixed my radiator, fast efficient repair no mess , have been using Simon Archer for 12 years and haven’t let me down in all that time

I have only used this company for a few years but I have to say I am very happy with them. They send you a reminder as to when your service is due…when you call to make an appointment it is all handled very swiftly and courteously. You can set up an appointment on line as well but I prefer the phone . You are then given a time slot and the engineer in my case has always been punctual. They are very professional and know their stuff. I will be continuing to use this company as I am confident in their service.

Great service, lve used Simon for a lot of years now, from fitting a new boiler to servicing and fault finding, nothing to much trouble. Chris always on time and ready to answer any question l might have. Highly recommend this company.

I was having problems with my boiler , left a message for Simon describing the problem he returned my call and was around within an hour and fixed the problem for me Excellent service.

Great experience rapid response, good guys great company.

Replaced a broken stopcock and some taps. Friendly plumber did the work without problems. The new equipment looks good and works well. I had no mess to clear up.

Thank you Simon and your team , replaced a radiator in my bathroom and serviced my boiler , came and quoted for the works stuck to the price with no added extras , no fuss , no mess , excellent job will definitely use again if needs arise and for annual service to the boiler .

Was very pleased with friendly service we received last year for our boiler and we're very pleased with this years service done yesterday.
We had a boiler service reminder sent through a few weeks before being due. Were able to get a prompt appointment with 2 hour window. Which we appreciated. Had reminder email day before visit.
Boiler was thoroughly serviced. All running good. Again friendly service. Remembered where things were from last year. Would recommend and will be using next year.

After putting up with a spasmodic functioning pump for our power shower , decided to call Simon Archer for his advice and assistance , he arranged for Chris to call by, as I thought , just to assess it, on arrival he checked it , made a quick call to Simon , proceeded to disconnect the pump , shortly Simon arrived with new pump and installed it , and at the same time , fixed a new shower head .
All done neat and tidy, no mess ,up and running in a couple of hours .and a fair price .
