A webshop with knowhow and willingness to help

I ordered 2 brewing bags at this shop with a question in the order about the proper size for my simple pan. I received both bags plus a different size bag with a handwritten card that they added it just in case it wouldn't fit. Very nice!

I also had some contact afterwards with the webshop to thank for this extra bag, and to ask them some brewing questions. They responded quickly and with very helpfull information.

The received brewing bags are very nice too and seem of good quality.

A very nice shop with proper stuff and a willingness to help their customers beyond the sold tools.

I will absolutely order there the next time!
