Cheap quality sizes are different return or refund not possible

This company is one Online Fraud!
Norton Antivirus even warned me that they steal credit card numbers.
Take care about them.
I was not careful and I have bought one t-shirt from them. Disaster!!! They sent me totally different product, different size than mine, and model for women, not for men.
Now they are joking with me that I have to sent the product to China back, although I see that the product was sent to me from some German address.
Try with your credit card issuer to get your money back. And in any case report the case to the Office for Protection of Customer Rights (Verbrauchershutz Zentrale).

I bought from this web site im September 2024, they never deliver my product. I asked the company about my purchase, they confirm that was not delivered, I asked for my refund, is February 2025 and still not get my refund back. Super disrespectful.

everything that could go wrong, went wrong with my order. It did cost me a lot of money!

And you can hardly come in contact with them. And if you do they ignore everything you ask and offer NONE resolution.

I have never felt myself more betrayed by a company than Simpfit.

I bought the wrong size and I can’t return the item at all. Very poor quality and very poor customer service. Know that all purchases are final. Returns are not an option. Avoid this place.

Since I last posted about being scammed I found out Simpfit, noracora, chicv etc are all the same scammers- advertise linen & cotton - send you terrible unusable polyester. They say - send it back to China, at your own cost. They give an incorrect address so your item never arrives. They steal photos from other people. PayPal are STILL working with them and do not refund your money as you cannot get a proof of it being received in China. Was scammed by Simpfit in July, still getting mails; "The High-ups" have to decide to refund you. Now I just mail them to annoy them.

Warning! Do NOT buy from this shop. It’s a scam. Cheap chinese rubbish clothes- zero customer service- never again!!

This is a terrible company they didn't deliver my jacket 63 euros made me wait 6 weeks to tell me it's sold out.. sent many letters to get money back a lady replied "I sent a refund form to the finaciers" ...I must have wrote 8 times so money gone ..that hurts so don't buy from there

Kleid aus Kunststoff statt Baumwolle Leinen. dress is polyester and not the promoted cotton / linen. ....... keine Hilfe nur Vertröstungen ..... no real help only empty words , and the advise for longer waiting of help.

I received my order. Nothing was like the pictures or sizes that where offered on the website. Take a good look before ordering here

Ware nicht wie beschrieben, sehr schlechte Qualität, Motive verschwommen. Auf Geld zurück anfragen wird auf den Finance Manager verwiesen. Letzte Antwort vor 2 Wochen hier im Original:

Do not order from Simpfit. Saw too late it's a Chinese Drop company. They show great photos BUT... my dress arrived in appalling state - they claim it's 95% cotton - BUT it's a terrible synthetic nylon-y stiff material making bad bulging seams - Not finding return address, I mailed. They made excuses of having to pass my complaint "higher up"! Now they say I have to send it back to China at my expense. I don't think they will reimburse cost of dress.

Ordered what was supposed to be a quarter-zip pullover distressed blue cotton sweatshirt with marine animals embroidered on the front and got a total joke of a shiny material, different color blue, no embroidery, bad printing of the picture, half of the picture sewn into the seams, knock-off of what was pictured. Can’t get them to refund me, total rip-off fraud.

The quality is rubbish - I wish I had read the reviews. Slow arriving, poor quality, nothing at all like the pictures . . . a complete con. Stay away!

I would like to give 0 star what they have done . But there is no option for 0 star. The product I ordered and what I got is entirely different. I am really disappointed. I ordered 3 shirts from this site .

Ordered 4 dresses. 2 of them arrived after 2 months, but were not as pictured online. When I asked, there was no concrete explanation to that. But then I was told that the other dresses were suddenly sold out. ? After canceling and asking for a refund, I got one excuse after another, but no money back. I keep writing and keep getting an excuse ... Conclusion: Stay away from this online shop!!!
With help from paypal I finally got my money back.

Quality is not good. Sizes are not consistent. None of the description is correct as the used fabrics are a cheap blend and not linen for example. Also the pictures and design on the clothing are not sharp and seem like bad quality images blown up to fit the fabric. All in all not worth a single €.. Please never use it.

Absolutely disgusting! Not only did it take forever for my items to be shipped (even that only happened after I emailed them), but the items in question are nothing like their pictures! I bought two thick, knitted cardigans. Not only are they not thick, but they're not even knitted! It's a print on a thin, cheap material. They're con artists, plain and simple. Avoid at all costs!
