I like the reminders but I don’t always have my phone on me when walking my dog or just moving around - yet it seems to estimate my steps - I am working up to the work outs - broke my ankle twice within the last year and found my balance is quite iffy. AND the little mascot treated to leave me I’d threatened to leave if I didn’t get up and move:(

My experiences with this app are positive. I can get exercise tips, recipes and reinforcement. I really love the Tai Chi exercises. Even when I gain weight I get positive reinforcement to not give up.
I don’t care to weigh everyday I think that option could change and a chart could be sent to the clients. I like the coaching that goes along.

The app is user friendly and the support is great. Tai Chi is easy to follow and knee friendly

I have tried my best to change my meals but unfortunately I am stable on my weight. It fluctuates between 167 and 169. I know that due to my work schedule I cannot eat at the same time but I walk a lot more than 8 miles a day . I feel very discouraged

I really like the app. It keeps me accountable to keep track of my water and intermittent fasting. The steps are pretty accurate. I wish the app broke down the calories of what I am eating.

The ads for this app were focused on tai chi. The app barely touches this, and instead focuses on weight loss and nutrition (which weren’t necessarily unwelcome things, but just not what I paid for…) and don’t get me started on the bullshit e-pet Blinky who was never invited to my party. I don’t mind a little gamification and “keep the streak going” motivation, but Blinky is not welcome in my world. I seriously wish I could watch him die. What a waste of code. And a waste of my money. At least allow an option to use the app’s other features without the unwanted presence of a judgmental Monsters Inc wanna-be. For being a noseless little freak of a furball he certainly is nosy. If the app had a “kill Blinky” option I could easily give it 4 stars even though it is overall a bit of a bait-n-switch from the ads that made me purchase it in the first place.

I absolutely love this app! I purchased a 60 day trial for around $20 and have been using the app for two weeks so far to help me lose weight with diet and exercise. I actually don’t use it for fasting. It’s super easy to log my food and drink intake throughout the day. It even allows you to take a picture of a meal and it will calculate the amount of fat, calories, carbs, fiber, etc. After logging a meal, it will analyze it and give you prompts if you are eating too much saturated fat or not enough fiber, etc. I absolutely love the workouts. When I set up my profile, I told it that I have issues with mobility and back pain. It’s been really hard for me to find any type of exercises that don’t aggravate my back. But the exercises through this app are so fun and doable! Every day it prompts me to check in with my mood and any physical symptoms. It will explain what food or drink choices from the previous day may have contributed to how I’m feeling. It syncs with my Apple Watch to track my activity. You can even tell it via chat what ingredients you have, and it will give you recipes. I also could add a friend for free. I wouldn’t pay the regular price of $80 every 3 months, but I’m enjoying the two months of access.
